Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return (EU hygiene product exception).
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
