1. How long do your perfumes last?
Our perfumes can last between 5 to 10 hours, sometimes even longer, depending on factors such as the composition, your skin's chemistry, proper usage, and the season.
2. Where should I apply perfume?
Apply perfume to warm pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and behind the ears, as heat helps the scent diffuse better. Spray from a distance of 15–20 cm and avoid rubbing the skin, as this can alter the fragrance. One to three sprays are enough to keep the scent from becoming overpowering. It is not recommended to spray perfume on clothing, as the perfume oil may leave stains.
3. What are the available payment methods and shipping options?
All available payment methods are listed at checkout for your convenience. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia, which means no additional taxes or customs fees apply. Shipping is handled through one trusted method, selected for speed and reliability based on your location. Deliveries are handled by Packeta and Pošta Slovenije, in cooperation with trusted local couriers depending on the destination.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 80 EUR. For orders under 80 EUR, a shipping fee applies according to the current postal rates (approximately 5 EUR).
5. How can I track my shipment?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an Email, SMS or Viber message with a tracking code. If you have any questions about your package, feel free to contact us to check the shipment status.
6. How long does it take for the shipment to arrive at my address?
It takes 2 to 5 business days for the shipment to arrive at your address, with delivery on weekdays around 8 AM via Bex or PostExpress.
7. What if I didn’t receive my shipment?

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
