Our perfumes are in 1:4 Eau de Parfum. We came to the conclusion that this is the best perfume ratio by consultation with experts in this field and your reviews. We strive to optimize production and provide the best perfume performance. We think it is the best option for this perfume!

2. How long do your perfumes last?

Perfumes can last 4-8 hours, some even more, depending on factors such as perfume notes, individual skin characteristics, season compatibility, proper usage, and storage.

3. Do the products have an expiration date?

Perfumes have a shelf life of 3 years from the moment of production. The expiration date is indicated on the packaging.

4. Are perfumes safe?

All our perfumes have a health certificate, passed sanitary control, are handmade, vegan, and not tested on animals. They are safe if handled properly.

5. How to store the products?

Products should be stored at room temperature (up to 25 degrees), in a dry place, away from sunlight, moisture, and heat. Avoid shaking or mixing the perfume to prevent air bubbles from altering the scent.

6. Where should I spray perfume?

Perfumes are best sprayed on pulse points, holding the bottle 10 to 15 centimeters away. Avoid spraying on clothes and be cautious not to overspray.

7. What are the payment methods?

All the payments go through Stripe. Stripe's payments platform lets you accept credit cards, debit cards, and popular payment methods around the world, as well as COD for some countries!

8. What are the shipping methods?

Your order will be shipped from the EU Warehouse in Slovenia. We send the packages with Packeta. Your package will be delivered by your local courier for example dpd,hermes, bartolini, etc.

9. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost depends on the destination of the package, ranging from 4,99 EUR to 12,99 EUR. Free shipping for orders of 80 EUR or more.

10. Where is it possible to ship?

We ship worldwide, and you can choose your country during checkout on our website.

11. How do I know where my shipment is?

After ordering from chez-pierre.com, you will receive a tracking number by email or sms. Use this number to track your package as stated in the message you received.

12. Where does my shipment come from?

Your shipment comes from Slovenia, where our EU warehouse is.

13. How long does it take for the shipment to reach my address?

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 3 to 5 working days. For questions about delays or exact delivery date you can contact our Customer Support!
