Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return (EU hygiene product exception).
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1. How long do your perfumes last?

Our perfumes can last between 5 and 10 hours, sometimes even longer, depending on factors such as the composition, your skin's chemistry, how you apply them, and the season.

2. Where should I apply perfume?

Apply perfume to warm pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and behind the ears, as heat helps the scent diffuse better. Spray from a distance of 15–20 cm and avoid rubbing the skin, as this can alter the fragrance. One to three sprays are enough to keep the scent from becoming overpowering. We don't recommend spraying perfume on clothing, as the perfume oil may leave stains.

3. What are the available payment methods and shipping options?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia, so no additional taxes or customs fees apply. Deliveries are handled by Packeta and Pošta Slovenije, in cooperation with trusted local couriers depending on your destination.

4. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all orders over 55 EUR. For orders under 55 EUR, a shipping fee applies according to current postal rates (approximately 5 EUR).

5. How can I track my shipment?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email, SMS, or Viber message with a tracking code. If you have any questions about your package, feel free to contact us to check its status.

6. How long does it take for the shipment to arrive at my address?

It usually takes 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Deliveries are handled by Packeta and Pošta Slovenije in cooperation with trusted local couriers, depending on your destination.

7. What if I didn't receive my shipment?

Please contact us by email at help@chezpierre.rs or fill out the contact form on our website so we can resolve the issue.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order cancellations or modifications are possible within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the package is shipped. To request a cancellation or modification, please email us at help@chezpierre.rs.
