🇫🇷 French Perfumes!😶‍🌫 Long Lasting and Intense Scents!👍 Fraction of the Cost of Designer Fragrances

PRODUCT DETAILS

Million Dreams is an eau de parfum, 50 ml, with around 20% fragrance oil. It costs €25, the same affordable price as every scent in the range, whatever original stands behind it. Free shipping applies from €49, and delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.

1 Million itself is sold as an eau de parfum, so Million Dreams matches that same concentration rather than the lighter eau de toilette or the quicker eau de cologne some counters carry instead. It sits among our more intense fragrances, built to hold up over a long day rather than fade by lunch.

Longevity runs 6 to 10 hours, long lasting enough to still catch on a jacket the next morning. French fragrance oils, vegan, cruelty free, handmade, and never tested on animals. You get 15 days to exchange it if it does not suit you.

NOTES

Top notes

Red mandarin, grapefruit, mint

Heart notes

Cinnamon, spicy notes, rose

Base notes

Amber, leather, woody notes, Indian patchouli

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Million Dreams is our perfume dupe of 1 Million by Paco Rabanne, made for anyone who already reaches for that citrus-leather signature and wants a bottle they never have to ration. Grapefruit and mint open it, cinnamon and rose carry the heart, and it settles into amber, leather, woody notes and Indian patchouli.

The accord people notice first is warm and a little sweet against the citrus up top. The first twenty minutes lean sharp and zesty, then the cinnamon and amber take over and the whole thing turns warmer and more intense. It smells like the original from the first spray, and the trail is strong enough to notice across a room for hours. As a fragrance dupe it leans bold rather than quiet, so a light hand goes a long way.

Perfume concentration

EDT, EDP or EXDP - what you are actually buying

The difference between these labels is not quality but how much perfume oil sits in the bottle. That decides how long the scent stays on your skin and how far it travels.

EDT Eau de Toilette 5 to 15% perfume oil

The lightest of the three. It opens fresh and fast, but fades after three to five hours. Pleasant in heat and at the office, as long as you top it up during the day.

Our choiceEDP Eau de Parfum ~20% perfume oil

The middle ground that became the standard. It lasts six to eight hours, one spray in the morning is enough, and the scent stays recognisable into the evening without filling the room.

EXDP Extrait de Parfum 20 to 40% perfume oil

The densest form, worn in drops, and it can last over ten hours. In return it loses that easy opening, and the price per bottle climbs the most.

Why we chose EDP

Every Chez Pierre perfume is made in Eau de Parfum concentration, with 20% perfume oil. That is not by accident.

An eau de toilette would mean carrying the bottle with you and refreshing the scent after lunch. An extrait would push the price up, and only someone counting hours would notice the gain. EDP sits exactly in between: one spray in the morning carries the whole working day, and the scent opens and develops instead of settling on the skin at once.

So we don't make lighter and pricier versions of the same scent. We make one, in the concentration where that scent works best.

How a perfume is measured

Longevity, projection and sillage

Three things describe every perfume, whatever the price or the name on the bottle. Once you separate them, it is easier to say what you actually want from a scent.

01

Longevity

How many hours the scent stays on skin

Measured from the moment you spray to the moment you can no longer smell it up close. It depends on the concentration, but also on your skin: on dry skin every perfume lasts less, so a dab of unscented cream before spraying helps.

02

Projection

How far it travels around you

Strongest in the first hour, it tells you how much space the scent takes up. Big projection is great for evenings and colder days, while at the office or in a meeting it usually gets in the way more than it helps.

03

Sillage

The trail you leave behind

Pronounced „see-yazh“, it means the trail a scent leaves behind you. It is the reason someone turns around as you pass. A perfume can last a long time and still leave a small trail, and the other way round.

Strong is not the same as good. A perfume with huge projection quickly tires both you and the people around you, while one without any trail stays your own private thing.

That is why every one of our perfume descriptions says how it wears, not only how it smells.

Million Dreams

Inspired by: 1 Million, Paco Rabanne

Million Dreams works best from autumn into winter, when the leather and amber have some cold to push against, though one spray still holds up on a summer evening once the citrus at the top settles. One spray is plenty for a full day at the office and it carries just as well into the evening.

1 Million has always read as a masculine signature first, built for men who want something noticed the moment they walk into a room, and Million Dreams is made to fill exactly that space. For him, it is the obvious pick; for her, it still works if bold citrus and leather is the kind of thing she reaches for, even though most women who try it say it wears closer to unisex than expected on their own skin.

Choose our Inspiration

Paco Rabanne is a French design house, and 1 Million became one of the fragrances that defined an entire era of loud, citrus-leather scents for men. It reads as more designer than niche, a luxury name found on every mainstream shelf rather than tucked away in a boutique.

Most people just call it Million, dropping the number's full name in reviews and everyday conversation, and it remains one of the more requested originals behind the long list of perfume dupes and fragrances chasing that same gold bar. Feminine versions of the same house exist too, but this is the masculine original Million Dreams follows.

Why choose us?

Million Dreams is our alternative to 1 Million, not a straight clone but our own blend, similar to the original's citrus-leather character without matching its bottle or box design. We mix it with fragrance oil and fill every bottle by hand in small batches, inspired by that same bold, warm signature, using the same top notes, middle notes and base structure as the original fragrance.

We only make it as an eau de parfum, since that concentration is what keeps leather, cinnamon and amber holding through a full day. It is one of the bolder fragrance choices in the range, and a solid alternative if you already know you like bold, warm fragrance blends. If the dupe is not quite what you pictured, you have 15 days to send it back and swap it for something else.
