If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days from the day you receive your package, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

• We accept returns from all EU countries and the United Kingdom.
• Products may be returned for a refund or exchange for another product of the same value.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the received product is defective or incorrect.
• No restocking fee applies.

Product Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, opened or noticeably used fragrances cannot be returned unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We accept returns for new and slightly used products. This includes products that are opened and/or have been slightly used.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned products.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, simply send a clear statement of your decision by email to help@chezpierre.rs before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may also use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
