"The opening is lush and jammy, thanks to that raspberry. But don’t expect a typical fruity-floral; the Ciste (rock rose) adds a resinous, almost honeyed warmth that keeps it from being too sweet. The jasmine and rose are there, but they are more like a soft, velvety haze in the background.
Then the woods hit. The oud, cedar, and vetiver give the scent a dry, smoky depth. The sandalwood softens things up a bit, adding a slight creaminess, but overall, this stage leans into a very earthy, almost mystical appeal.
By the dry down, this turns into something dark and addictive. The incense and labdanum give this Tobacco Oud dupe a smoky, resinous, a little ancient feeling. But then, the vanilla and white musk come through, rounding everything out with a soft, almost skin-like warmth.
Overall, it’s rich, deep, and a little mysterious. Not for the faint of heart—definitely more of an ""I want to be noticed""kind of scent. If you love smoky, woody, slightly sweet fragrances with an almost ritualistic feel, this one’s worth checking out.
