Introduction
These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, Chez Pierre, accessible at https://chez-pierre.com/. These Terms will be applied fully and affect your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to accept all terms and conditions written here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website’s Standard Terms and Conditions. Minors or people below 18 years of age are not allowed to use this Website.
Prices
All prices are in euros.
The prices in euros are based on an average daily exchange rate. When an order is processed, the total charged may vary depending on the rate of exchange at that time.
Special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price.
Promotional codes can only be used on our website and only while they are active. A discount can only be applied if the promotional code is valid at the time the order is placed, regardless of when the conversation with our team was initiated.
Delivery Address
Chez Pierre delivers orders to the address provided during checkout.
In cases where a customer wishes to have a package delivered to an address different from the one entered at checkout or linked to their payment account, we will not be responsible for any delivery issues that may arise.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us for reasons other than a failed delivery attempt or failure to collect from a post office, we will reship the package free of charge.
If the postal service attempted delivery or the package was held at the customer’s local post office and was subsequently returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fee again in order for the package to be reshipped.
If a customer declines to pay the applicable reshipping fee, a refund will be processed for the product value only. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
If the Package Is at Your Local Post Office
If the postal service attempted delivery and left the package at your local post office, the customer must contact their post office directly to arrange collection. As the sender, we are unable to contact the postal service on the customer’s behalf.
Missing Packages
If a customer has not received their package, a complaint can only be submitted within 90 days of the order date. The customer must contact us by email at help@chezpierre.rs. We are unable to initiate a search procedure after 90 days have passed.
If your complaint is accepted, we will offer either a reship or a refund, as outlined in the Reship and Refund section below.
Changing or Cancelling the Order
Changing the order is possible within 12 hours of placing an order and only by email to help@chezpierre.rs. If you do not reply to our follow-up email within 24 hours and the new instructions for changing the order are still unclear, the original order will be shipped without any changes.
Cancelling the order is possible only if the order has not yet been processed, and the cancellation request must be submitted by email to help@chezpierre.rs.
In the case of a reship, changes to the order (such as swapping a perfume) are only possible if an item is out of stock.
Complaints and Returns

Complaints (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@chezpierre.rs.
To process your claim, we require:
– A description of the issue
– Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging
Once we receive and review your claim, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
– A replacement product
– A refund (including product and shipping costs)
– A store credit or discount code
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a purchased perfume for any reason, you have the right to return the product within 15 days from the date of receiving the package.
We accept returns for all EU countries.
We accept returns defective and non-defective products.
We accept returns with exchanges for products of the same value.
We accept returns for new and slightly used products. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used.
The return window is 15 number of days.
The return method is by mail.
Currency that applies to this policy is EUR.
Return label is customers responsibility.
Restocking fee will be at no cost.
Refund processing time is 15 days.

Sample Box Policy
Claims related to the Sample Box (10 x 5 ml) are only valid in cases of physical damage during delivery, incorrect items, or missing items within the box.
If approved, compensation may include:
– A replacement of the damaged or missing item(s)
– A proportional store credit
Photos and Illustrations
All photos are used as illustrations and there may be changes in bottle style (not size) if the bottle shown in the photo is not available.
Other Brands
The oils that we sell have no connection with any designer label or brand. The names used for “Inspired by” products are used only as a reference to the fragrance and do not imply any affiliation.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Chez Pierre and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for the purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
– Publishing any Website material in any other media
– Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material
– Publicly performing and/or showing any Website material
– Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website
– Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website
– Using this Website contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to the Website, or to any person or business entity
– Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this Website

Import Fees
We are not liable for any surcharges that may be applied in your country for importing goods, nor are we able to advise you on the customs laws applicable in your country. International shipments must clear customs in the destination country. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees that their package may incur. If a customer declines to pay these surcharges and the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product value only. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Reship and Refund
A package is considered lost if 30 days have passed since the date of dispatch. The exception is if the tracking number is updated in the recipient’s country; in that case, an additional 2 weeks will be allowed. If the package does not arrive within 2 weeks after the last tracking update in the recipient’s country, it may be declared lost.
You may request a reship or refund no later than 6 months after the order is placed. Please contact us at help@chezpierre.rs to initiate this process.
No Warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Chez Pierre makes no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as constituting professional or legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chez Pierre, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort, or otherwise. Chez Pierre, including its officers, directors, and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia.
